La Aurora International Airport (GUA) in Guatemala City. We strongly recommend using the shuttle service we recommended in the “travel” tab to book your transportation to and from the airport as a private shuttle will be most reliable.

We have rooms blocked at two hotels listed under the "travel" tab, but there are plenty of local boutique hotels, hostels, and airbnbs if you would like to explore the options and stay somewhere specific. The city of Antigua is small and most options in the city center will be a short walk or taxi ride from our events.

When RSVPing through the website, you will either see the name of your guest or something similar indicating you have the option to bring a guest. If you’re still not sure or have any questions feel free to reach out to Stacey.

The welcome party is mainly outdoors and "dressy casual" or "elevated casual", some ideas could be casual dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, button-downs, trousers, etc. The ceremony and reception are black tie optional, also considered formal. Options for men can include tuxedos but any dark-colored suit and tie would be appropriate. Options for women can include full-length dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates. The reception will be outdoors in a garden setting! We wouldn't recommend shoes with a very pointed heel. Also, keep in mind that the streets of Antigua are made of cobblestone. Please feel free to prioritize your comfort when packing shoes for the weekend! The climate in Antigua is mild and temperatures are usually in the 80s during the day and 60s at night.
